Heavy Duty, Direct Plug and Play stereo radio with Bluetooth for a wide range of tractors and vehicles utilizing a 24 volt electrical system as well as a 9-pin wire harness configuration (see photos). The harness is pinned to work out of the box for Hitachis brand tractors. The compatible harness will work with other brands, however the ground, acc, and battery wires may need minor modification in the harness to function properly. To do so, a small flat head screw driver can be used to gently pry the retaining clip in place and the wire removed and placed into the correct spot making it plug and play with the harness in the cab. If you are unsure if this unit is compatible, please check the radio cavity prior to purchasing for mating harness. This unit will NOT work on a unit with a 12 volt DC stereo setup. Please ensure there is ~ 18 - 32 volts DC across the battery (yellow) and neutral/ground (black) wires in the radio cavity prior to ordering as this unit will physically not turn on unless this condition is met. Having a 24v vehicle / tractor does not mean you have a 24v radio as it may have a built in step down transformer. If replacing a defective radio, check the radio chassis to ensure it is in fact a 24v unit. You can always send us a photo and we will ensure you get the correct harness! This unit takes 5-10 minutes to install and is fully direct plug and play!
