95 12 225 Knipex StepCut XL with power joint, long legs and optimised cutting: noticeably lighter cut than with compact cable scissors. Huge capacity: separates single stranded copper or aluminium cables up to 35 mm², stranded up to 70 mm² and fine-stranded up to 120 mm². Two cutting areas: the graduated main cutting edge keeps smaller and larger cables always close to the joint, the front cutting edge is used for gradual separation (nibbling) of very large cables. Comfortable one-handed and two-handed operation even with large cable diameters due to minimised leg width. Screwed power joint: high gear ratio, smooth, adjustable. Slim head for better accessibility. Clamping protection for safe working. Not suitable for steel reinforced cables such as ACSR. Cutting edges additionally laser-hardened, cutting edge hardness approx. 56HRC With comfort handles: made of three ergonomic components for optimised handling and with two KNIPEXtend interfaces for extensions.
