• THIS IS: The model MR4010 SuperWire Radial Set by Super Antenna. It is for all Super Antenna MP1 series portable HF-VHF antenna systems, as well as all other types and brands of vertical antennas. Made by Super Antenna, designed as part of the /backpack /base /travel /mobile /portable antenna system for Ham Radio. It is for transmitting and receiving on HF radio frequencies.
• SPECIFICATIONS: BANDS: Pre-tuned wires for optimum signal on the bands 40m (7MHz),20m (14MHz), 15m (21MHz), 12m-10m (24MHz-29MHz). Also covers other bands in between with MP1 series Super Antennas. FREQUENCY RANGE: Covers 7 MHz to 29 MHz. Also covers CAP, MARS, Marine, shortwave CB + HF bands (when used with MP1 antenna system or similar vertical antennas). GAIN: adds about +4.5dB over a typical ground rod.
• COMPATIBILITY: Fully compatible with all Super Antenna MP1 Antennas and Equipment. Attaches by included push-on Quick Disconnect connector to Super Antenna mounts (mount not included, sold separately). Deploys in a few minutes by one person with no tools needed. Compatible with most other types and brands of vertical antennas and ground planes. Has push-on connectors.
• SIZE: Packs down to about 6"x6" hank for portability. Extends and fans out to single full size pre-tuned quarter-wave wires on each band. WIRE: Proprietary SuperWire 18AWG multi-strand Stealth wire. Insulated flexible jacket. LENGTH: Max wire length: 33.5 feet (40m 7MHz). CONNECTOR: Standard Quick Disconnect push-on 1/4-inch (6mm) female terminal, with spare mating terminal and screw for each radial set added.
